As one of the most modern river cruise ships in Europe, the Emerald is the epitome of elegant simplicity, offering amenities in a timeless modern design. All cabins of the Emerald are allowing you to relax and admire the river view of the Rhine after an eventful day in Düsseldorf. The Emerald measures 135m length, and with 4 decks, offers plenty of room for 182 passengers. Its most outstanding feature is a lounge with floor to ceiling windows offering fabulous panoramic views and a relaxing on-board swimming pool.

The location of the hotel ship MS Emerald is at the berth "Schnellenburg" at the river rhine, that is next to the Messe Duesseldorf (fairground). We will send a detailled arrival description to the Hotel ship as well as the name of the berth and contact information aboard up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Please note, ships are moored as a double pack, cabins may have a view to the neighbouring ship.

Getting to the hotel-ship: If arriving by car, please enter the address in your navigation system: Rotterdamer Strasse 120, SCHNELLENBURG berth Nr 5, 40474 Düsseldorf To hotel ship by public transport: from Düsseldorf central station subway U79 to Messe Ost/Stockumer Kirchstr., then bus 722 to Messe Congresscenter or 10 minutes by foot. to fair: the hotel ship is located right at the south entrance of the fair.

PAYMENT:The total travel price inclusive of all incidental costs is due and payable 6 weeks before the first day of the trip. KD requires a down payment of 10% of the accommodation price on the day of the booking for groups of 10 or more cabins. The balance is due and payable 6 weeks before the first day of the trip. Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be made by invoice.
