Corridors and staircase: If there is no elevator or if the elevator does not meet the above criteria, stairs leading to the rooms and other areas are fitted with through handrails – at least on one side Beginning and end of the handrail(s) extend for at least 30 cm beyond the first / last step - Disabled parking spaces: 2 so-called disabled parking spaces are 350 cm wide and located near the entrance
